    i have even chatted to samsung 4 days in a row they just say reset password i do this and still get processing failure when trying to log in.

    Welcome to Android Central! What is the exact error message? When you say you rebooted, was this a simple reboot, or did you do a full factory reset?

    See what happens when you boot into Recovery and wipe the cache partition: Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 5 | T-Mobile Support. If that doesn't help, you may have to consider a factory reset.
