Galaxy Avant Not Alerting to New Voicemails
I get an alert for a missed call, but not when there is a new voice mail. In fact, when I go to voice mail, it says "You have X saved voicemails" even when I have not listened to them at all, and they are new.
I tried going to Phone-Settings-Call-Additional Settings. There is a section for Voice Mail Service, but when I touch that it just gives one bubble to check next to the words Voice Mail. Underneath that it says VoiceMail settings, but that is greyed out and will not let me select it.
I also tried calling the voice mail box and selecting options, but it only gives me options for group messaging and pager calling.
Please help! I am not being alerted when I need to play a message.
