Why isn't my HTC One MyTocuh charging?

htc one mytocuh cell

the phone is not charging and the led does not come on. I held down the power key for 15 sec and the up and down volume key for 3 to 5 min. still nothing. need help! what to do?

Try a different charger. If that doesn't work, try a different charging wire.

If either one works, you'll know which you need to replace.

If neither one works, you'll have to bring it in for repair (or at least an estimate). You have a symptom (not charging), now the symptom needs to be diagnosed to figure out what's causing it, and I've gone about as far as I can go without having the phone in my hands.

Also, do you have the HTC One or the T-Mobile MyTouch? They're two different phones.
