Why won't Supersu open?

Supersu won't open

I'm having a problem with Supersu on my Galaxy S3 LTE (GT i9305). I have a custom rom that should be giving me root access but supersu wont open up, it just gives me an error message. If it makes a difference, i also have Clockworkmod recovery flashed onto my phone.

Uninstall SuperSU. Power the phone off. Turn it on. Go to the Play Store and install SuperSU.

How do i uninstall it? Doesnt give me an option in the play store or in applications manager
