If that doesn't work, the update, if you received it over the air (as opposed to installing it from a file, using Odin or Kies), is "under warranty". IOW, the carrier broke your phone, so the carrier has to fix your phone. A reflash usually fixes problems like that. (OTA updates aren't as foolproof as the carriers would like you to believe - or believe themselves. AT&T had to replace my phone because an update actually caused hardware damage.)
