Why can I not connect to LTE network (Bell Mobility -Canada)

I have a Galaxy S5 (SM-900F) and I cannot connect to the Bell LTE network, only get H/H+ signal. I have updated the APN settings but still cannot get it to work. Is there anyway to get it to work.

Re: Why can I not connect to LTE network (Bell Mobility -Canada)

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get your S5 directly from Bell, or did you get it elsewhere? If it's not from Bell, then you need to make sure the phone you have uses the same LTE bands that Bell uses. According to GSMArena.com, your S5 model uses these bands for LTE: 800 / 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 / 2100 / 2600. According to this Wikipedia article, Bell in Canada uses bands 700, 1700, and 2600. The only compatibility is with the 2600 band, but it sounds like it's only available in certain parts of Canada. Call up Bell and ask them which LTE bands are used in your area.
