    Hi I would like to remove the internal hard disk inside my galaxy s4 advance.
    Anyone can help to find where it is please?

    It will look like a chip, but fully integrated into the motherboard. But why do you want to remove it?

    Not only does it look like a chip, it is a chip. There are no hard drives (hard drives have spinning aluminum disks inside) in cellphones, instead they use non-volatile (they don't lose the data when the power is turned off, like RAM does) memory chips.

    First thank you som uch for answering
    I would like to remove the chip before it goes to rubbish because of personal content, and maybe get that content back on a working hard disk.

    I still need to locate that chip..
