    i was told by straight talk i could use my cdma droid x2 on there byop program after buying the phone and 60$ kit at walmart it would not activate through straight talk. it kept saying number or code was incorrect. i called verizon they said this phone would not work they also said any 3g cdma verizon phone cant be used on straight talk. i know poeple who have 3g cdma verizon phones on straight talk. what is the catch? i have heard flashing would make it compatible? I dont know what that is or how to do it but dont want to put more money in something not gauranteed. any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

    If it is truly unlocked (meaning unlock and unblocked usa networks then it should work on straight talk. Typically, Verizon 3g phones with sims have usa networks locked, even when they are unlocked for international use
