Galaxy S4 Active-- Charging Problems!!
So, the other day, my phone started to die very quickly. That night, when I went home to charge it, it was normal. It popped up the green battery screen. I turned the phone on, and it said it was charging and that it was at 1%. Then, it went to 0%. I restarted the phone because I never saw that before, and then it wouldn't turn back on while it was still on the charger. It just kept vibrating at random times. I took it to at&t and the rep put a different battery in it, and we thought everything was okay. That night, I plugged it up when it was at about 40%. When I woke up that morning, it was at 5%. It had the lightning bolt, but it wasn't actually charging my phone. I then tried a whole new charger (cord and wall block) and it still did the same thing. Is this a battery problem or a phone problem? Thanks so much.
