    I am not receiving phone calls because they go directly into voicemail. What do I need to do to change that?

    What carrier and phone do you have? Does this only happen when you're in a certain location or all the time?

    Call your carrier's support number. They can see how your VM is set up and change it for you. (You may have accidentally set it to send all calls to VM.) Most VM reps are pretty good, since VM isn't that difficult a subject. If you were able to make calls, but couldn't receive them, that would take a person who actually knew something (or was willing to find out how to fix the problem, which most of them won't, since they have a call quota).
