See the chart at Battery University - How to Prolong Lithium-based Batteries - the second one with Depth of Discharge. If the battery gets down to around 50% twice a day, sure, but look at how many charges you get if you recharge it at 10% - you'll get a total use of about 470 times the battery capacity. At 50%, you get about 750 times the capacity. (And if you run it down to almost dead before recharging it, you'll get about 500 times.) 40%-60% discharge is about the best point at which to regularly recharge. You don't have to be paranoid about it, but don't regularly recharge it when it's almost fully charged and don't regularly discharge it almost all the way.
