Today, SuperSU told me that my SU Binaries need to be updated. After tapping on the notification, I was brought into the SuperSU app that asked me to update the SU binaries (I tapped continue). Then, another pop up informed me that if I had TWRP, the binaries could "try to" install via TWRP. I tapped on the TWRP option and was whisked off to the TWRP install screen. The update was installing, or at least I assumed it was. The screen then flashed and my phone rebooted as normal (yay!). My excitement was quickly drained as the phone then force rebooted into TWRP. Reboots had about the same effect. I tried a factory reset but it has had no effect.
Does anyone have a fix for this?

Please, if you have any ideas, share them with me.

The G2 has been a nightmare to have rooted.

Welcome to the forums. Do you have a Nandroid that you can restore?

Thank you for replying! Unfortunately though, no I don't have a backup. My internal memory was recently wiped and I haven't made one since.

Sorry for the delay. The only thing I can think of to do is to see if you can load a ROM on your device, hopefully if you can do so with an SD card.

Would there be any other way than with an SD card? The G2 doesn't have a micro SD slot. Once again, thank you for your time.

I am not too familiar with the LG G2. You can try to load a rooted ROM through the bootloader using ADB, and reboot to recovery, or you can try to flash a stock ROM. Granted this will unroot you, but I am not sure of any other options.
