You can try towelroot. However, installing 4.4 will depend if a developer has built a ROM for that device. You can check Cyanogen, they have a pretty wide base of ROMs.

Mahran, you can't decrypt an encrypted phone, except in the phone itself. (If you're talking about the password for wifi, you have to get that from the router - and if it's not your router, it's illegal in most countries for you to use it - even with the owner's permission.)
