    when i go into my settings and then my storage it say i have 4.43GB in downloads but when i open that it says no files. Also my miscellaneous files 5.90GB what is this can it be deleted or will that mess up my phone. These 2 things are using all my memory.

    First check if you are not on the sd card.

    Yes this can be deleted from a pc or from an app the easy way is DU speed booster (its free by the way) the semi easy hard way depending on app is a file manager but you have to manually search the things on your phone.

    Use a file manager (My Files, ES File Explorer, Total Commander - any one) and look in your download folder. Anything app there that's already been installed can be deleted. Any other file can be copied to the external SD card or a laptop or other computer, then deleted.

    Also my miscellaneous files 5.90GB what is this can it be deleted or will that mess up my phone. These 2 things are using all my memory.
    If a file belongs to an app that you used to use, but no longer do, you can delete it. Otherwise, if you delete the "miscellaneous" file for an app that you use, the app will stop working right.
