How to remove Security Warning from my galaxy S4?

After updating my cell phone to 4.4.2
Frequently Security notice message troubles me a lot.

Security notice says like this " Unauthorized actions have been detected. Restart your phone to undo any unauthorized changes"

After restarting same notice will trouble me a lot.
So, please suggest me.

Well it might be a software error you should do a factory reset if that dosent work search for an update if that also didnt work you will need to bring your phone to the carrier
