Why do I have to touch my icons two sometimes three times to get anything to launch?

Need 3 touches to do any command instead of one touch on lg g3

In the videos i have seen you only need to touch the icons such as settings once for it to launch. I have to touch it then tap twice to get anything to launch. Is there a setting so everything is one touch of the screen. Putting in my password or typing is a single touch but all others such as back and home or launching anything is 3. Any ideas would be gratefully excepted.

So far as I can think, that is a fault. Has it been like it from new, or is it something that developed recently? Is there anything that you did, such as installing an app, before it started, that could account for it?

Meanwhile try Settings, General, Storage, Cached Data, and clear the cache.
