    When I receive incomming calls my cell is breaking away it's like when the connection is failing. The call can even be from a Telkom landline it is still doing it. For some reason I canot here them en they canot here me and the connection is breaking away. Can this be a virus or not. I do have an antivirus app on and the scanis not picking up anything. Please can anyone help me with this.

    I believe this is a problem with the phone itself. Did you drop your phone at all......a hard fall maybe? I have seen other Samsung S series have a similar problem. My suggesting would be either Samsung support or carrier support. This sounds to me like an internal problem.

    Have you installed any apks from the web? If so which and where from?

    Could also be the network SIM card. Take it to your carrier for replacement, and troubleshooting if you can't find the culprit. Backup everything! Factory Data Reset cures most woes. Also, if you have can air around, blow some in the speakers, Mic. Uhuru may have some debris.
