Why won't my S3 Mini turn on?

My S3 Mini wont turn on

My phone was working all day, I put my phone down and picked it up a little later and it was blank, completely no power. And now it wont turn on. I have changed the battery thinking it was that, changed the cord, tried the ROM suggestion, and nothing!
Any suggestions?

It could be a faulty power button, or associated circuitry. For example, under the button there is a switch, which may have failed.
