HTC one mini's speaker damaged because of water?

Hello guys,
I dropped my phone into water last wednesday and it was still working afterwards but I turned it off, dried it and left it for three days in a box of rice. Now it seems that everything is working smooth (a bit slower maybe).
The micrphone is working and the call speaker as well but when the loud speaker is dumb. I did the audio test and both loud speakers are not working. What should I do? Leave it longer in rice or it's totally damaged?
