How do I get my Samsung Galaxy Mega out of a boot up loop? Won't turn on.
I had a message to do an upgrade. while it was upgrading, the phone went down. Now it will not go past the Samsung logo. I have been to Best Buy and AT&T. both said nothing can be done because I can't get the phone to turn on.
My main issue is this - I recently took a "bucket" trip to Alaska and my photos are ONLY on this phone. (NO - I didn't have it set to sync to web, etc. ) All I want from this phone are my photos. I have already replaced the phone itself for everything else.
Please help - is there anyway to get these photos. Kies won't work because my computer won't "see" the phone - since the phone won't turn on. My phone gives me this error is I hold the home, power, and volume buttons. "incompatible operating system found - use volume up to continue or volume down to cancel" Neither option works. Phone shuts down - then tries to boot up - then shuts down, etc. It will do this until the battery dies.
