    This has only happened in the last week. Says Failed to find IP address. My laptop and tablet connect OK. Help needed as BT helpline not helpful!!

    Try resetting the Wi-Fi router as well. Pull the plug on the router, count to 10 and plug back in.

    If the laptop and tablet connect, the only problem that there could be with the router (what you call a hub - it's not) is that it's set up to allow 2 connections, and the laprtop and tablet use them up. Otherwise, it's a problem with the phone, not the router. Tell the phone to forget the connection, then create a new connection. (If the router has a WPS button on it, press the menu on the phone on the wifi page and press WPS button, then press the WPS button on the router. That makes sure that the type of connection and the password are correct, since the phone gets them from the router.)
