I have a 2009 Hyundai Sante fe that I would like to stream music to from my Galaxy S4. Unfortunately I don't have a USB port due to the Navigation system but I do have bluetooth. Is there some kind of adapter that I can purchase?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you know if your car is capable of streaming Bluetooth audio? Older cars may only have Bluetooth Phone capability. You can tell by pairing your phone with your car, then on your phone, go to Settings>Bluetooth, and tap the car entry. If you only see "Phone Audio," and not "Media Audio," then you can't stream music over Bluetooth.

If your car has an Aux In jack, you could look for a Bluetooth media receiver that could plug into that jack. Pair the phone to the receiver, set the car stereo to Aux, and that should work. Or you could use a Bluetooth receiver that broadcasts over FM, then use the car's FM radio to receive it--but sound quality is often poor for those.
