I got an offer from Ebay to buy new OnePlus one that rooted by the vendor.
    The vendor writes:
All our mobile phones are 100% brand new and original, Package well in original box! But we root it and install Google store before shipping.

Do you recommend purchasing a phone rooted by the vendor? Should I expect any trouble with such root?
    Please advise,

The question is why you want a rooted phone. If you're not going to be running any apps that require rooy, the phone won't work any differently than an unrooted one. (Rooting basically means that su and a few other utilities are installed in the kernel - it doesn't change anything an unrooted Android phone would do.)

Somebody here may know, but it may be worth asking in the OnePlus One forum.
