Why can't I play Snapchat videos?

I can't play snapchat videos

When ever someone sends me a snap and its a video it always says 'can't play this video' when ever i try to play it. how do i fix this? i have an lg l7 2

Welcome to the forums. It might be an error in the app for your device. you can try emailing the developer and asking.
