On my Samsung Galaxy Y Duos mobile why isn't the ringer coming on for incoming calls?

sir, in my samsung galaxy y duos mobile, ring is not coming for incoming calls

sir, in my samsung galaxy y duos mobile, ring is not coming for incoming calls and missed calls only appearing.but the person who is calling ,getting busy tone on his/her phone even though my phone is not engaged.

This sounds like a network issue - have you checked with your carrier to see if there is a problem with the network?

Or the account could be set up (provisioned) wrong.
