How files are listed depends on the app you're using to list them. On the storage medium, they're as they are, in the order they were stored, unless you deleted one (then that spot is used for the next file you save). Back when we lived in caves, there was a DOS program (or was it a CP/M program? It's been a few decades) to reorder the list on the disk, so listing them would be in alphabetical order by default, but I don't think anyone has written a utility like that even for Windows 95, let alone for Android, since the function is now in the program or app you use in listing the files. MyFiles has a "Sort By" in the menu, ES File Explorer and Total Commander list folders first in alpha order, then files in alpha order. TC also has the ability to change the sort order (an icon at the bottom).
