Which app saves in pdfs highlighted text as annotation/comments?

Software like Acrobat Reader or Pdf-Xchange for windows/mac are able to automatically make annotations/comments out of highlighted or underlined text.
The not supported pdf reader repligo was offering such a feature, but are there other apps as well?

Welcome to the forums. I would look at Kingsoft Office in Play. I am not sure if it can do what you would like, but it is quite an amazing app that can view and edit many types of document formats, including most MS ones.
