You can use Application manager (Settings/General/Application manager) to move apps to the SD card but ...
1) Not all apps can be moved (it depends on how the app was written).
2) Some apps that can be moved only move parts to the card and parts stay in internal memory.
3) For every piece (app or part of an app) moved to the SD card, a link has to be written to internal memory (that's how Android works), so you may not save much space.
4) Some apps, even though they can be moved to the card, won't run from it, or won't run without problems.
Android is designed to use the external SD card to hold data files, not apps. That some apps can run from it is a fluke, but never buy a phone that doesn't have enough internal storage for the apps you need.
