Am I able to use Straight Talk on Verz S5 lte?

using Straight Talk on Verz S5 lte

New Verz S5 LTE,,never activated, got on ebay..Want to use Straight Talk,,checked ph is compatible,,have verz sim card...What do I need to do???? Tried to act. on Straight Talk-said service is unavailable however my wife has ST on her I phone.....Thanks

1) Check the ESN at Straight Talk Compatibility Test

2) If the phone is okay, go to Straight Talk's Facebook page and ask for help. (That's where they keep all their better tech help people. The ones on the phone are usually useless.) It could be something as simple as your account has to be reprovisioned (which they can do in about 2 minutes).
