Why can't I use my data or view multi-media messages?

I have an HTC one M7, with Verizon 4G LTE. It was all working fine, I was able to listen to spotify without wifi, etc. All of the sudden, my phone will not pick up any 4G LTE, ever, and even when it says it has 3G, I can't connect to the internet. Also, I can't receive multi-media messages anymore. I never used to have a problem receiving group messages. Now it just tells me that I have an MMS, and to touch it to download it. But even when I try that with Wifi, it doesn't download.

I've checked my Verizon account online, and nothing has changed. I have only used half of my Data this period.

What is going on?!

It sounds as if your APN settings are wrong. If you can't find them online and set the phone yourself, bring it into a Verizon store and ask if they can check the APN settings for you. (No idea why they would have suddenly changed by themselves, though.)
