Everytime I try to flash a stock ROM, I get to "writing userdata... FAILED (remote: Write Fail)". I'm currently running CyanogenMod 11 on a Galaxy Nexus, and I'm trying to flash back to stock because my phone constantly resets every two minutes.

Everytime the phone resets, anything I've done on it is gone. For example, if I delete an app and then the phone resets, the app will be there once the phone turns on again.

In short: What can I do to get back to stock if userdata keeps failing and if I cannot format or erase any drives on my phone.
