TTS wont change to a different input language Galaxy S4
So for the last year i have been able to speak another language to my Galaxy S4 when I text or Whats app someone. All i do is when the keyboard pops up i click on the little mic in the lower left corner. A new window will appear with the current language in use, then the mic symbol, then it will say speak now.
The problem im having for the last month or so is that It will not let me change from the Default English to German or any other language. Ive been doing it for a year now and all of a sudden it stops working.
Ive restarted the phone, removed the extra languages and reinstalled, checked for updates to my phone and the keyboard.
I really dont want to have to download an app to do this if its already built in and should work fine.
any help would be great.
