Can I get some help with my battery light?

I need some serious help

hello all, im having a really awful problem with my samsung galaxy light. it ran out of battery and when i plugged it in, it goed to the "galaxy light' screen and goes to odin mode, and it says "downloading... do not turn off target!!!", then reboots. i cant boot into recovery mode and if i boot into download mode i have only one second before it goes black and reboots into a loop. sometimes the screen flickers. any ideas on this? thanks guys!

UPDATE: I cleaned the contacts on the battery and it seems to be working now, the battery is very dead so im waiting on a charge. ill keep you updated. i might have found a fix for this all to common issue.

everything is fine. contacts needed to be cleaned!
