Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? Did it come with Google Play Store preinstalled, or did you have to install it yourself the first time? If you're not rooted and if Play Store came preinstalled, you can't uninstall it, because it's a system app. You might have just removed the shortcut from the homescreen. Open the App Drawer, and look for Play Store. If you see it there, long-press it, then drag and drop it back to the homescreen.

If Play Store didn't come preinstalled and you had to install it yourself, you could search the web for "Google Play Store apk," which is the installer file. Android Police usually has a link for the latest version.
