Why am I receiving error messages in between opening apps?

I keep receiving the message

I keep receiving the message "Clear Defaults in System Settings>App>Downloaded" randomly between opening apps.

Welcome to Android Central! What device do you have? Can you narrow down the apps at all that seem to be associated with the message?

You could always go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu, and tap Reset All App Preferences. This clears all app defaults (and also re-enables all disabled apps). That should clear that message out.
