The AFGA photo tablet is fully charged and the Apps are closed but the battery drains at a rapid rate. When I go on settings and click on the battery there are programs listed with percentages next to them such as Google play store 23%, android 8% etc. not sure if that's the reason the battery is drained but there is no way to close it down. Please help.

Sometimes, an abnormal battery drain can be stopped by Powering Off the device, followed by Restart.
The figures you refer to are the battery stats. It would be helpful if you could use the tablet normally, then, before you recharge it, capture a screenshot of the battery stats and send it as a post to this thread. If you're not sure how, refer to B. Diddy's guide:

It could also be an issue of how old the battery s, and how low you let it get before recharging it. Regularly draining the battery down to near zero can result in a battery that goes bad after about 6 months. (The ideal charge point is 40%-60% discharged.)
