I need you help to know what app could I get to filter/block web content that I don't want.
But not only one with his own heuristic method but one app that will allow me to mark soecific domains/IP to be block and so I can upload a customized list of URL/IP that I know are spam/pop up s/banners etc.
Example McAfee dor pc have a mkdulw thw allow you to edit the firewall rules and add your own ones

If you root your phone, that's exactly one of the two uses for the hosts file. Put in the name of the site (like spamsite.com) and 127.0.0.1 (the address of the device the hosts file is on [that's universal, all devices consider themselves to be 127.0.0.1].) Then the phone looks at itself for those blocked addresses, can't find content and moves on.

There are also ad-blocker apps that maintain lists of known ad addresses, but most of them just modify your hosts file, so the phone still has to be rooted.
