Why aren't all of my bookmarks from the stock browser from my Note 3 on my Note 4?

I switched from an iPhone 4s to the Note 3 a long time ago and was able to use something to transfer all of my bookmarks to the Note 3. Now from the Note 3 to the Note 4 I've tried using the Samsung account. I've synced them on both devices and only about a quarter of the bookmarks have shown up on the Note 4. I am currently using the stock web browser.

I don't use thew stock browser, but when I did that with Firefox it took a couple of hours for them all to show up.

Unfortunately I don't think that solved the problem. But just in case, I logged out and in again and am trying to wait to see if that works. Thank you! Meanwhile, any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
