why isnt my google play connecting to my hisense sero 8

I bought a sero 8 today and I signed in but for some reason a error is happening And i cannot get on my Goole play. I get a notification from a hangout app saying I cannot connect to Goole.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you trying to open the Google Play Store, or one of the other Google Play apps like Music? What's the exact error message you're getting? And are you saying that Hangouts also tells you it can't connect to your Google account?

What about other Google apps like Gmail or Google Drive? Are you having the same difficulty regardless of the wi-fi network you try?

Try going to Settings>Accounts-Google>[your Google account], tap Menu, and Remove Account. Now go through the process of adding your Google account back again, and see if it works now.

I've removed the account , readded, factory reset many times. On Sero8 and getting ready to send it in to Hisense. Google play will still not open
