    When trying to download says "your device is incompatible" what should I do

    Welcome to Android Central! Not all devices are certified for Google Play--typically, devices made and sold primarily in China. Which device do you have? If it didn't come with the Play Store preinstalled, it isn't certified, and therefore compatibility is not guaranteed. You'll have to rely on other app sources like Amazon Appstore, SlideMe, or GetJar.
