Why isn't my Google Keep syncing on my HTC One?

My HTC ONe has Google Keep installed but it isn't syncing

to Google Keep on the web using the App through the Chrome Apps....I've signed into my Google accounts for which I have two.....they are the same ones as on my phone...but when I add a note to the one on the web it's like it's a new account. I am using the web via a Nasdrive (Linux) setup to view on my Samsung TV. Any ideas? There is no help whatsoever on Google as all they state is how it 'syncs automatically' with 'everything'

I love the Keep app on my phone and want to mirror it on the tv
