Why don't I have sound in my speakers on my tablet?

No sound from speakers on tablet.

I have ARCA pro10 tablet for less than 2 months. The sound is completely gone now. Was a crackling sound before they quit. Rest of tablet function is fine. Column settings are up on maximum. Nothing comes from speakers. Not even with headphones. Do not see any mute buttons either. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a hardware problem. Probably the audio amp slowly went bad until it died (meaning a new motherboard). It should be covered under warranty, though.
