How do I find my lost tablet?

It's a Nvidia Shield tablet, with Wi-Fi only. I lost it yesterday and Android Device Manager isn't working. Any other suggestions on how to find it?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry to hear about your misfortune. If you didn't install any other anti-theft apps, then you're out of luck, I'm sorry to say. Report your device as stolen to the local police. Hopefully you still have the box, because the serial number should be printed on the side somewhere--give them that information as well.
