How can I send a video that I've taken via text messaging?

I've taken a video on my phone, but can not send.

My dog is ill and I took a short video of her coughing to send my vet, but when I try to send it by messaging or by e-mail it says that the file is too large. What can I do? Please help!

Download a video converter that will compress the image. Each email provider has file size limits. Some bigger than other. Try Gmail? Try your other email if you have them. Yahoo, Comcast etc. If not, you need to compress the file before sending.
