I'm not entirely sure I understand your question, so forgive me if this is obvious to you:
An Android phone runs the Google Android Operating System.
4G refers to the 4th Generation of radio technology used for phones.
Droid, a contraction of Android, is a name used by certain manufacturers for some of their phone models....as in the Motorola Droid 4.
Droid 4G LTE is the name of a phone made by the HTC company.
Is that of any use to you?
