how do you upload your I tunes cache to an Alcatel One touch Pop icon phone?

the I tunes in on my Dell laptop....I have to pay to join Google play and start all over with music....which I don't want to do...Is there any way to put my Itunes on the phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Install Google Music Manager on the computer that has all of your iTunes music. Then use it to upload your entire iTunes library to your Google Play Music Library in the cloud. Be aware that this can take a long time, depending on how much music you have--my library of around 6000 songs took almost 3 days straight to upload. But once it's uploaded, then you can stream it from any phone or computer. You can also temporarily download music to your phone for offline listening.
