Why is 4g not connected?

Why is 4g not connected...

Recently 4G is not connecting as it has before. There is an X under 4G on the top menu and in the settings, 4G is listed as Disconnected. When I scan, 4G doesn't connect only 3G. How do I reconnect the 4G? It was working perfectly before and my location hasn't changed. HELP!!

Call your carrier - maybe their tower has changed. (If they're upgrading to LTE, you might lose 4G periodically.)
