How do I get my standard phone app (root) back on my phone?

Hi guys,
I have a gs4 gt19505 and have rooted it, i was replacing all the bulky factory apps with better versions i came to replacing my contacts which was taking up 24 mb believe it or not, had a brain fart and deleted the standard phone app ( the green box, with the white phone) i have no signal at all now ive tried factory data reset, looking online for downloads, installing other phone dialler apps i went to my backup files and realised i havent set them up properly on titanium so am all out of ideas now, any help would be appreciated

Reflash the stock ROM and start again.

Much appreciated, are there any decent sites i can get the flashware from? Everywhere i looked i just get loads of pop ups and no option for gt19505 downloads
