Why won't my LG MS323 answer incomming calls about half the time?

my lgms323 won't answer incomming calls about half the time

... Anyone know of a fix? Without sending the phone back???? HELP PLEASE!!!

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried clearing the cache for the phone application? Maybe tried a different sim card?
