Why did my OS was deleted?

model: Alcatel One touch Magic

when i tried to add music in my phone, i thought it was my sd card broken so i reformat it, not knowing that the storage i reformatted was my internal storage. now my os is gone (android 4.2.2 Jellybean) and i dont know how to recover it.

I dont think that instructions on how to recover the os of other models, much more to the other brands will help me.

Welcome to Android Central! You can't delete the OS unless you're rooted. Was your phone rooted? If you're not sure, did you buy it used or new? If it was used, then the previous owner may have rooted it.
